For something that was only planned to last a few month till the pandemic ended, it's turned into  a series enjoyed by many all over the world . New attendees are always welcome.

In this mornings Email, I receive this very well documented Scam email  in my inbox. Here are some of the screenshot I took to hopefully help you be more aware that this could also be sent to you. Don't Fall for the Scam. You are a winner if you place this email in the SPAM Folder. You are a looser if you click on the   button. Paying attention to great advice helps you be aware of the dangers. Ultimately, it's still up to you to follow that advice or not. Stay safe. Dangers are all around us. Be aware and follow the advice offered.

  Last night it was my pleasure to present " Cybersecurity A to Z " to the members of  CUE . This was a zoom meeting well received and followed by lots of questions. During the Q@A session that follwed the meeting I answered question on e-mail security, phishing attacks, breaches, Two factor authentification, cookies - what to keep what to delete, The importance of  VPN 's, Why use  Avast  when Windows already has protection, network segregation, privacy focused browsers  and probably a lot more that I didn't write down. It was a very enjoyable evening.

  Cybersecurity is the practice of protecting electronic information from unauthorized access or theft.  In today's society, cybersecurity has become increasingly important as our lives move increasingly online.  Here are four ways you can use cybersecurity to be protected in today's society:  1. Use strong passwords and two-factor authentication: A strong password is a key part of good cybersecurity hygiene. Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring a second form of identification, such as a code sent to your phone, in addition to your password when logging into an account.  2. Keep your software up to date: Software updates often include security patches that fix known vulnerabilities in the code that hackers could exploit if they were aware of them. By keeping your software up to date, you make it much harder for attackers to take advantage of any weaknesses in the code.  3.   Today's presentation on AI - A closer Look for  CFCS  was well received and attended. The Q&A session probably took as long as the presentation. We posed two questions to ChatGPT: 1. "Why are there so many production companies showing their logos at the beginning of a movie?" 2.  "What supplements interact negatively with Metformin?" I then asked for sources to back up the replies received. The audience was amazed at the speed and accuracy of the information. We also posed two inputs for picture requests from DALL-E 2 which again amazed some of those attending  how quickly the pictures were rendered.
