https://youtu.be/-1usO-oT77Y In this Storybook chapter, Cyber-Bob tackles one of the sneakiest tricks in the scammer’s playbook: caller ID spoofing. With his familiar calm-but-alert expression, Cyber-Bob shows readers that just because a call looks like it’s coming from someone you know — Mom, a friend, a bank — it doesn’t mean it truly is. The story should reassure the reader that updates are safe and necessary maintenance, not a cause for worry. Focus on making the action simple: just click 'Install Now'." Key Lesson - The importance of installing software updates immediately to protect against new threats. I used Copilot's Storybook to create this lesson, ZOOM's Clips to record the story (lesson) and ScreenPal do any final editing and to upload the lesson to YouTube. You can...
