Common Sense

Current common sense is realizing that today's politics make no sense.

That may be the most sensible “common sense” statement of the day.

Today’s politics often feels less like problem-solving and more like a food fight in expensive suits. Too many people start with, “My side must win,” instead of, “What actually helps regular folks?”

Real common sense still sounds pretty simple:

Listen before shouting.
Check facts before believing.
Fix problems before blaming.
Serve people before party.

Sadly, that last one seems to be on backorder.
